Production Timeline & Shipping Information
Special Requirements: Once you have processed your order, if you have any specific details you would like to include in your design such as text, stats or logos etc please e-mail these to us once you have processed your order as this will help speed up the process design.
Production Time: Please allow 21-28 days for production of your custom frame.
Delivery: Once production has been completed of your edition(s) they will be professionally packaged and dispatched to you directly with a courier and a tracking number will be advised once your order has been allocated with a tracking number.
Collection: If you have requested to collect your edition(s) from us we will advise once production has been completed so you can arrange for your edition(s) to be collected from us.
Production Times: The production times detailed above are an approximate timeline and in most cases will be supplied quicker than these times. However, peak periods and current workload may exceed these timelines. Should extra time be required we will communicate this with you. If you require your order to be completed and supplied before these timelines please contact us prior to placing your order as we will advise if we can prioritise your order and have it completed by your required date.
