Custom & Personalised Products
As most of our products are custom-made and personalised to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect selections made by the customer

Spelling or information errors submitted during ordering

Variations in colour appearance between screens and printed products
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
Sports Framing Factory is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers once an item has been dispatched.

Approved returns must:

Where a refund is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
