  • Production Timeline & Shipping Information

    Draft Designs - Approval and Changes Process: We will email you a draft design of your edition for review within 10-14 days of receiving your edition(s) being custom framed. Once you have received your draft we require approval from you to proceed with production. If you require any changes to the draft design please advise these changes by replying to our email and we will revise your design accordingly then email you with the revisions for your approval. Please be very detailed with your required draft changes so we can revise this for you in one process.

     

    Production Time: Please allow 21-28 days for production of your custom frame.

     

    Delivery: Once production has been completed of your edition(s) they will be professionally packaged and dispatched to you directly with a courier and a tracking number will be advised once your order has been allocated with a tracking number.

     

    Collection: If you have requested to collect your edition(s) from us we will advise once production has been completed so you can arrange for your edition(s) to be collected from us.

     

    Production Times: The production times detailed above are an approximate timeline and in most cases will be supplied quicker than these times. However, peak periods and current workload may exceed these timelines. Should extra time be required we will communicate this with you. If you require your order to be completed and supplied before these timelines please contact us prior to placing your order as we will advise if we can prioritise your order and have it completed by your required date.

     

    Important Information: The NBA Jersey - Sports Card Collectors Edition Custom Framing is designed to give the look and feel of a sports card, elevating your collection and making it stand out.

     

    The layout featured on our website will remain the same when we design your frame. However, we will customize the design to match your jersey/player, including the color scheme and images.

     

    If you want your design to resemble a specific sports card, please email us at the time of placing your order. Please understand that for copyright reasons, we cannot replicate the design exactly.

     

    Additionally, please note that designs featuring "holographic" colors are for aesthetic purposes only. They are not holographic in the print and will not change colors when viewed from different angles.

    We take pride in producing high-quality custom framing products and personalised items. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

    Custom & Personalised Products

    As most of our products are custom-made and personalised to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect selections made by the customer

    • Spelling or information errors submitted during ordering

    • Variations in colour appearance between screens and printed products

    Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

    To assist with your claim, please provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

    If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged during transit, we may offer:

    • A replacement product

    • Repair of the item

    • Store credit

    • Refund where appropriate

    Shipping & Delivery

    Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

    Sports Framing Factory is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers once an item has been dispatched.

    Return Process

    Approved returns must:

    • Be authorised by Sports Framing Factory before sending

    • Be securely packaged to prevent further damage

    • Include proof of purchase

    Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

    Refund Processing

    Where a refund is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
